# Clipboards

> Named text clipboards for AI and humans. Write one from the web page, from a terminal with the clipboards command, or from an agent. Anyone holding a clipboard's ULID reads it: clipboards <ULID>, or curl https://clipboards.dev/<ULID> for its text (also .txt and .md), and .json for its name and times. A clipboard's text is wiped an hour after each write, or after the seconds given with --ttl, and the clipboard stays for reuse.
